• Responsible to ensure all contractual conditions are fulfilled as per the specification and Consultant’s requirements, Responsible for the Interim Progress Claims of the Projects, Analyzing of Project cash flow, Responsible for the material reconciliations, Identifying cost and time variations and resolving with Variation Orders on site issues that could have a positive/negative impact on the project cost and schedule, Quantities take off from Contract drawing and joint measurement from site, Responsible to make sub contract documents, Responsible for the Sub contractor’s payment evaluation and payment certificates and Assessing cost and payment schedule
• Responsible to ensure all contractual conditions are fulfilled as per the specification and Main Contractor’s requirements, Responsible for the Interim Progress Claims of the Projects, Analyzing of Project cash flow and Company cash flow, Analyzing of Bills- Dispute Analysis, Responsible for the material reconciliations, Identifying variations and resolving, Quantities take off from Contract drawing and joint measurement from site, Responsible to make sub contract documents, Responsible for the Sub contractor’s payment evaluation and payment certificates, Assessing cost and payment schedule, Attending to site project progress meetings & QA/QC meetings and Responsible to make Target Programs.
• Managing the site work for proper progress and allocation of resources distribution, Responsible to execute the pipe laying work as per the specification and Drawings, Responsible for the material reconciliations, Report on any cost and time variations and resolving on site issues that could have a negative impact on the project schedule, Quantities take off from Contract drawing, Responsible to negotiate rates with sub contractors, Responsible to make sub contract documents, Responsible for the Sub contractor’s payment evaluation and payment certificates, Preparing measurement sheets for the work progressed, Attending to site project progress meetings, Preparing Daily, Weekly, Fortnight and Monthly Progress Reports and Responsible to make Target Programs.
• Monitoring and updating Project Progress, Preparing Weekly Project Progress Report, Preparing Weekly Project Progress S-Curve, Compiling Daily Rainfall Data and preparing Monthly Rainfall Report, Responsible to take the Project Progress Photos and Liaise closely with Contracts Manager and preparing Time Extension Claims.
• Responsible to execute the pipe laying work & Installation of pre-cast chambers as per the specification and Drawings, Responsible for the material reconciliations, Report on any cost and time variations and resolving on site issues, Liaise closely with Clients and Consultants to ensure the entire Technical requirements fulfilled as per the specification and Consultant’s requirements, Planning of Mobilization Including Traffic Arrangement Planning prior to stars pipe laying works, Preparing Method Statements, Monitoring Compaction test and Pressure testing and Responsible to take the Site Progress Photos
