Content Creator And Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator and Graphic Designer to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
2. Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, and logos.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's brand and goals.
4. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and graphic design.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of high quality and meet deadlines.
6. Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain a consistent brand image.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and web development, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
8. Provide creative input and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the company's visual presence and brand identity.
9. Stay organized and maintain a digital asset management system to ensure easy access to files and resources.
10. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and graphic design.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
3. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
4. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
8. Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
9. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
