Led a team of 14 to accurately process and increase the consistency of all the group’s HR related administration including:
• Employment contract construction translations and issuing

• Managed the completion of an employee file audit of approximately 6000+ files to bring all files in-line with the groups audit and compliance requirements
• Supported all bids, tenders and awards with construction of employment contracts in various global locations under local and international legal requirements
• Improvement of employee related data integrity, effective support of the mobilization and continued maintenance in relation to the HRMS system
• Identification and implementation of process improvements in line with the new HRMS system, identification and implementation of efficiencies mainly relating to mobilisation, on-boarding, employee life cycle events and other departments processes (payroll and HR business support)
