Work in a safe manner following plant safety and environmental rules
* Operate equipment to ship, receive, and move product in warehouse
* Identify and willingly participate in process improvement projects
* Maintain Inventory accuracy through accurate picking, put away, and counts of inventory
* Educate / train new associates to take ownership by becoming self-managed on warehouse
equipment
* Support the warehouse or production through the covering of O.T. due to vacations,
illnesses, production demands, etc. as needed
* Learn new techniques and processes as required
* Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
* Problem solving / Troubleshooting
* Critical thinking
Key task:
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Assisting the guest that are coming in the office
• Performing various clerical works
• Prepares shipments and dispatch through Fedex and with other local courier.
• Receiving emails, local courier and messages needs to be forward to manager & other staff
and making sure that the message will deliver to the right person.
• Assisting with typing, scanning, photocopying of their reports.
