MAIN SCOPE:
QA/QC Inspection Related to OHL works
Responsibilities
  Submit Inspection Notification and conducting Inspections in coordination with Saipem SPA, KNPC and MEW.
 Preparation of Quality control plan (QCP) and Work Method of statements (WMS)
 Review of Inspection Test plans. (ITP)
 Preparation of Quality procedures, Logs, registers, relevant folders and Inspection patterns in the starting of the project.
 Preparation of project dossier.
 Making a record or report on hard and soft copy of the Inspection activities and site surveillance done each day.
 Conducting Quality awareness Training including work execution, Inspection, Noncompliance (NCR) and Electrical testing to the all the working personals involving in this project.
 Conducting Material Receiving Inspections for OHL items in cooperation with KNPC/MEW.
 Coordinate with client representatives regarding the implementation and quality of works.
 Inspection of Overhead line Tower Erection, Assembly, Stringing, Underground cable laying as per approved drawings and MEW and KNPC Standards
 Participating in conducting Audit and Audit report preparations.
 Cable IR, HI-POT test, Earth Resistance test & Continuity tests.
 Record and control of NCR and monitor the implementation of Corrective action.

QA/QC Inspections for Electrical & Instrumentation System
Responsibilities
 Coordinate with construction, safety and relevant departments for conducting QA/QC Inspections.
 Preparation of Quality control plan (QCP) and Work Method of statement (WMS)
 Review of Inspection Test plans. (ITP)
 Making a record or report on hard and soft copy of the Inspection activities and site surveillance done each day
 Coordinate with client representatives regarding the implementation and quality of works.

 Inspection of Electrical, telecommunication, optical fibre and instrument cable trench excavation, cable laying, HDPE pipe as per approved KOC drawings
 Cable IR, HI-POT test, Continuity tests and Splicing.
 Inspection for installation of panels (440 volt MCC, F&G, Annunciator, RCP, SCADA, DCS, IRP, Distribution boards, Battery Charger), switchgears (11KV, 3.3 KV), Capacitor Bank and Transformers.
 Inspection for Glanding and Termination.
 Inspection for installation of electrical and Instrument cable Tray, tray supports and racks.
 Record and control of NCR and monitor the implementation of Corrective action.
 Interpretation of layout drawings, single line diagrams, cable schedules and connection lists for laying of Instrument & Electrical Cables.

 Conducting Inspections for CCTV camera system, Access cards, cable laying, Glanding and termination, Panel & DB Installation, Earthing system, Lighting fixture fixing, FOC splicing & OTDR test, fire & gas systems and Cable trays.
 Cable HI-POT, IR test and Earth resistivity tests.
 KOC approved permit holder for hot and cold works.
 Red line mark-up and As-Build Drawing preparations.
