• Creating Purchased Order, Customer Order, and Maintaining stock by Using ERP (Infor Icloud).
• Manage and Coordinate to the AC Technician for HVAC Services.
• Provide Technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet the client's needs.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Testing and Commissioning of all HVAC projects.
• Liaison Officer for applying ECAS (Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme) in ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology).
• Helping in the design of custom-made products.

• Designing and do as-built plan (Load Calculation & duct sizing (McQuay Software)).
• Estimate and Pricing for every project.
• Supervise and monitor work progress at the site.
• Inspection the work progress according to the plan.
• Conduct commissioning for all finished project (Air Balancing according to the specs of the design, getting the exact pressure and ampere of the air conditioning unit).
• Oversee installation to ensure air condition unit are installed and functioning according to specification.
• Inspect, evaluate, and arrange field installation and recommend design modification to eliminate air condition unit or system malfunction.

• Responsible for distribution of personnel for different OFF/MILLING Season activities.
• Supervise and monitor work progress to finish the scheduled activity on time.
• Coordinate with concerned departments for repair or preventive maintenance of factory mechanical equipments.

• Ensure that safety standards of the company are practiced.
o Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.
o Using the right tools during troubleshooting or repair works.
• Implement proper housekeeping of work area.
o Cleaning the working area before and after the repair/ troubleshooting to insure the working area are safe.
• Report directly to Mechanical Maintenance Head.
• Perform other task assigned by superiors.

and Responsebilities:

Monitors employees’ health and safety by giving them annual physical exam, tool box meeting and always wear proper personal protective equipment.
Assist the Plant Operation Executive to inspection the ship during tanker receiving.
Monitor LPG product during tanker receiving at shore.
To assist the Plant Operation Executive for global audit and inspection to the plant.
To supervise the contractors for any works activity inside the plant.
Check the permit to work including job hazard analysis of the contractors.
Monitor the contractor personnel and material to be used for the project that conformed to the Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (PSPC) standard.
Supervised the proper laying of cable at the ground.
Witnessing for hydro test of the bullet tank.
Witnessing for the x-ray of the bullet tank. (welded part only)
Coordinates / conducts safety training for dealers, dealers’ staff and employees.
Product knowledge about LPG, rules and regulation of the plant.
Attend Emergency Drill every month (ERP and MERS)
Conduct quality inspection to the filled cylinder (to be transported to the dealer’s) for safety purposes.
Prepare a permit to work including the certificate (hot works, excavation, and electrical isolation) to all non-routine jobs/work and proper documents are met prior to work.
Performs G-AMS checklist refer to its frequency of equipment inspection including preventive maintenance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual, and annually report (i.e., minutes of meeting - tool box meeting, monthly, G-AMS inspection checklist, STOP report, P.I. report, etc.) and submit to PSPC Plant Operation Executive
And any other job that may be delegated by Operation Manager.
