-Having overall responsibility for the recruitment, payroll, benefits, training and development policies of the
company and also the welfare of the staff. Also managing the information held on the HR database and
personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring that all procedures comply
with Company policies and as per Qatari Labour Law. Hired 100 white-collar professionals in ranging up to
Engineers, Architects and Accountant level across all company departments and 150 blue-collar
professionals. Managed a staff and workers more than 800 employees with different nationalities. Oversaw
three offices locations like Qatar, KSA and UAE branch.

-Prepared necessary documents needed for internal audit in HACCP & ISO. Created and set-up an
Maintenance manpower computerized system. Result: Better access to fast needed information, and less
time searching in filling cabinet for employees file. Suggested and approved by Maintenance Manager an
additional column for Traveling program which I received appreciation letter from H.R. manager. Result: Very
useful to Biosecurity, Quality Assurance and other concerned department for better tracking to all resuming
employees to direct admit them in quarantine area to avoid birds’ flue.
