the maintenance contractor’s progress and performance to ensure that an appropriate technical
and economic program of preventive and breakdown maintenance is provided as specified within
the scope of service. Manger the daily works and routines of the SKMC facilities management
personnel and ensure the department is providing an optimum standard service to its client.

project, which was the technical name for the King Fahad Medical City Project in Riyadh. This
project was the largest hospital complex within the Middle East consisting of seven hospital
buildings and associated staff housing with recreational facilities. Initially designed to utilize the
Johnson’s Galaxy BMS, (which was developed from a process control system) I was responsible
for the redesign of the complete project to accommodate the latest Johnson BMS product known
as METASIS. This new system was state of the art at the time and varied to its predecessor by
mainly placing the intelligence back into the field locally rather than the head end.
Application and design of heating, air conditioning, industrial process controls and computerized
building management systems. Production of quotations system configuration diagrams and

acting director of this department. My responsibilities as director are for development, financial
management, co-ordination and implementation of all construction projects undertaken by the
project engineering division. Projects with a value of SR. 1 million or less were usually assigned
to the in-house construction services department. Projects of a higher value were subcontracted

engineer for each discipline and is backed up by a fully staffed drafting office with two architects
