Takes responsibilities in the department operation
distribute and control the work flow and job assign to the technician to maximize quality
and over all efficiency. insuring strong relation with the team members and
parts department, generating gross profit by maximizing the number of
hour sold, driving revenue per transaction, and delivering the highest possible
customer satisfaction. With an accurate completion of all relevant documentation
for each repair, applies and detailed technical expertise ( theoretical and practical )
demonstrating and understanding of different organizational department and
function using technical ability, quality checking, ordering of parts, audit to
uphold the highest ethical standard.
Responsible for issuing job cards to all technicians and supervising each work, Mainly assisting every technician by identifying spare parts to be used.
preparing the quotations, recommend the replacement of the parts. Reporting to the service Advisor for approval to the client. Directly involved in diagnosing, engine drive-ability symptoms, break anti lock system, suspension system, transmission system, 4x4 system and Electrical Systems, fuel Systems and Refrigeration. able to perform effectively within an environment of time constraints
and a high level of technical competence.
Build up proper maintenance and installation of the various spare parts.
Carries out on various Periodic Maintence Procedure, diagnosing and repair of engine drive-ability symptoms, break antilock system, suspension system, transmission system, 4x4 system and
Electrical Systems, fuel Systems, Refrigeration and/or any related vehicle fault base on customer vehicle complaint preparing the quotations, recommend the replacement of the parts.
Reporting to the Team Leader or service advisor for approval to the client.
