Oversee the implementation of Technip KSA and Client HSE Management System, Statutory Legal Requirements of host country and Industry Standards.

comprehensive and practical guidance and training. Involve in setting up safety requirements, i.e. safety inspections and audits on working barges, DP
Vessels, boats and platforms. Supervise the Committee Meetings like Safety
Meetings, Crew Meetings and Employee Welfare Meetings. Chairs and facilitate
hazard identification studies and risk assessments as part of work-pack and pre-job assessments ensuring that all necessary risk assessments
required by legislation are carried out. Perform accident/incident
investigation with Root Cause Analysis. Collate and analysis of Health and Safety
performance data at worksites and project level. Provide feedback to worksites and PMT as necessary on areas for improvement or to highlight
best practice. Conduct safety briefing to all incoming crew joining the vessel or barge. Manage the Muster List and Stations on-board.

Supervise the execution of AMEC’s and ConocoPhillips Loss Prevention Safety Program.
