Work involves managing manpower recruitment locally and from different agencies abroad. Managing documents processing, Managing the department daily activities like IT, Ticketing, Insurance, Residence formalities, Contracts, Compensation, Employees Vacation, Termination, Evaluation and maintain accurate data in Company System.
Preparation of accurate monthly Payroll and Final Compensation for the final exit employees. In charge in Sales and Warehouse Inventory and all reports needed by the Management.
Preparation of accurate monthly payroll, salary for going for vacation and calculate final settlement salary for exit employees. Providing all necessary reports needed by Management both Manpower and Compensation reports.
