• Preparing monthly schedule for Service Advisors
• Invoicing (free service, warranty)

COURTESY CAR:

• Ensure customer was called before collecting the replacement car to make sure proper documents will be carried on the said date.
• Checklist of the car in and out
• Ensure that the correct documents kept in each vehicle
• Check all documents that customer was provided such valid ID, drivers license, and credit card details.
• Ensure that a document has been completed before releasing the car
• Monitor the mileage and arrange a service when needed
• Check SALIK for payments
• Preparing weekly/monthly report to Manager/Supervisor on updated list of replacement car
• Checking traffic fines

• Maintains detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety system
• Maintains detailed knowledge on the Emergency Response Team and workings of the
telephone room in this regard
