• Assisting the project manager:
•Duties
o Defining milestones; creating scope of work and project execution plan
o Project scheduling, creation of a project plan, documentation filing structure
o Follow up tenders coming from subcontractors, update project information and documents
o Tracking of project activities and actions, proof reading of main documents
o First contact to subcontractors; responsible for all correspondence towards subcontractors
Workplace: 5 months in Mesaieed Industrial City (Qatar, Middle East)
Supervise of all production activities and overseeing all loading operations and delivery of loaded containers for shipping. Monitoring multicultural workforce of 60 people coming from India, Philippines, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri-Lanka
Duties
•Discuss, plan and organize allocation of resources in specific shift
•Ensure quality and quantity of executed work as defined
•Assist in development, creation and ensure abidance to SOP’s and safety instructions
•Supervise and ensure safe operations
•Ensure a safe, clean work environment
•Receive instructions from planning department and ensure execution
•Ensure issue of incident reports

•Define disciplinary actions
•Participate in daily planning meetings
•Responsible for the bagging area, palletizing area, warehouse, container yard and 6

Workplace: 3 weeks in Hurth, Germany & 9 weeks in Mesaieed Industrial City, Qatar.
Conducting a feasibility study for a petrochemical client in the Middle East. This study was carried out to check whether it was feasible to extent the existing DC.

- KPI analysis: Time & motion study logistic operations: creation of KPI indicators
- Improving existing operational processes
- Analyzing packaging materials consumptions; creation of a packaging material forecast
Workplace: 6 months in Opglabbeek (Belgium)

Duties:
•Tendering distribution networks: Assisting transport engineer with writing out an RFI & RFQ
•Monitoring distribution performance ratio
•Creating standard operating procedures (SOP´s) for dispatch department
•Analyzing & re-implementation distribution network for SCANIA workshops in Italy
Workplace: 3 months in Bucharest (Romania)

•Conducting time & motion study for order pickings + ABC & KPI analysis inventory
