Project planning & Monitoring -
• Preparation of Master Schedule site specific and in line with the timeline committed by Project Manager and the marketing requirement.
• Monitoring all the projects sites and sense check all the aspects in site pertaining progress, quality and safety; escalating any deviations in the same to the Head - Projects.
• Evaluating reasons and setbacks, short supply of Resources (Materials, Manpower, Machineries and Drawings).
• Monitoring the daily reports like DPR, DLR and correctness of the procedure and practice applied on Weekly Bills, Indents, Materials, Men, Machineries and sense check the same.
• Standardizing the procedure and construction practices and upgrading of methodology and method standards as and when required.
• Draw a mitigation plan for projects to cope up to match with the master plan and timelines by arriving at suitable catch-up schedules proposed by the Site Managers/PM.
• Close monitoring of every construction activity qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Providing Induction training to all new recruits/inductees to project team and the department.


Design Co-ordination - coordinating with the architects’ structural consultants, MEP consultants by chairing design review meetings to trouble shoot the constructability issues at site and with the design parameters so as to release the GFC drawings. Coordinating and supporting the contractors/vendors and project managers in planning and execution of the project as per design and schedule.

Project Manager- Independent In-charge for a mixed development Project.
Project Details - SJR Vogue, Whitefield, Bangalore. Consist of two residential and a commercial block. Now we have only taken up one residential block.

Project Details: The project name was Moonlight. It is a flat comprising of 22 luxury apartments (2BHK, 3BHK)
Duties and responsibilities: I was supervising all the finishing works like plastering, painting, plumbing, flooring, structural glazing, water proofing, HT works qualitatively and quantitatively.
I prepared M-book and I was settling contractor's bills on a weekly basis.
The work was quantified on a daily basis and weekly report was submitted to the Managing Director.
We had a stall in one of the expo named 'Parpidam' hosted by Malayala Manorama, where I was put behind the desk for sales/marketing.
I had to take care of site expenses and was in a position to manage site accounts and bills.
I was in charge of site store and had to anticipate the requirements of materials in site so as to make sure there is no delay in work.


I was able to execute my duties timely and without compromising the quality.
I was able to sell two apartments by satisfying their requirements with our product (apartment)
I was able to close 2 deals (2 BHK appartments) by representing ADS Builders in 'Parpidam'.
I could maintain good atmosphere in the site which is always necessary.
