Ensure that telephone calls are answered expeditiously, courteously, respectively and in accordance with laid down customer service standards.
Give action to enquiries concisely and efficiently to promote and contribute towards the highest standards of customer service and reputation of the department/company.
Performs positive call closure to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all strategic posts are properly manned during flight operations.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of MIAA Policies, Rules and Regulations.
Maintain operational records of all facilities and equipments used for record purposes to include passenger complaint.
Ensures the proper use of the airport's physical facilities and equipment
Prepare report on the day to day activities.
Assist in the preparation of shift report.
Report any untoward incident within the area of responsibility.
Perform other related function as directed by the immediate superior.
Assignment
Trolley Section
Monitor and supervise trolley retrieval and be properly placed in respective trolley staging area.
Conduct quality inspection of all equipment prior to release for operation readiness.
Curbside Management Section
Coordinates with various government agencies and other offices operating at the curbside area regarding the implementation and enforcement of airport rules and regulation.
Coordinates with concerned agency for any improvement, repair or maintenance works that may affect curbside operations.
Public Transport Section
Monitor and report any misbehavior of the taxi drivers.
Monitor the convenience and safety of passengers while on queuing.
Ensure that the customer is well brief of their fares and destination prior to dispatch.
