 Ensure that all strategic posts are properly manned during flight operations.
 Assist in the implementation and enforcement of MIAA Policies, Rules and Regulations.
 Maintain operational records of all facilities and equipments used for record purposes to include passenger complaint.
 Ensures the proper use of the airport's physical facilities and equipment
 Prepare report on the day to day activities.
 Assist in the preparation of shift report.
 Report any untoward incident within the area of responsibility.
 Perform other related function as directed by the immediate superior.

Assignment

Trolley Section

 Monitor and supervise trolley retrieval and be properly placed in respective trolley staging area.
 Conduct quality inspection of all equipment prior to release for operation readiness.

Curbside Management Section

 Coordinates with various government agencies and other offices operating at the curbside area regarding the implementation and enforcement of airport rules and regulation.
 Coordinates with concerned agency for any improvement, repair or maintenance works that may affect curbside operations.

Public Transport Section

 Monitor and report any misbehavior of the taxi drivers.
 Monitor the convenience and safety of passengers while on queuing.
 Ensure that the customer is well brief of their fares and destination prior to dispatch.
