• Review drawing and specification, applicable code, standard and project procedure.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
• Maintain quality inspection documents/ records as per approved project ITP and project specification.
• Inspection of rebar installation, formwork closure, pre-pouring, concrete casting and post concreting.
• Conduct Site and Laboratory Testing (Soil, Concrete and Asphalt).
• Reviewing Test Report prior to submission to Consultant.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control at the site, provide advices
• Conduct Quality awareness meetings and inductions for project engineers, site engineers and other construction staffs.
• Monitoring of Materials (Backfill & Subbase Materials) to be used at Site
• Coordinating to Independent Third-Party Laboratory for the Test Report and for the Technicians.
• Preparing QA/QC Questionnaire Report.
Work as QC Inspector for Building Project.
I'm a Qc Engineer/Inspector Civil..1.Review drawing specifications, codes, standards and quality control plan and procedures. 2. Ensure all activities complies in accordance to quality control.3.Issuance of report such as quality control inspection report, surveillance report and non conformance report.4. Compile the final project turnovers and submission to client approval.
