Entaj Al Ghad Co. Ltd is operating three FMCG business units in KSA, all functional heads/departmental managers from these sites reporting to this position i.e. Head of Operations
o Highly experienced in all manufacturing End-2-End processes to enhance Production planning, Production Efficiency, Quality, HSE, Preventive maintenance, Autonomous maintenance, Logistics and other complete Supply chain areas.
o Initiatives taken to develop Operational Master Plan (OMP) for medium to long terms organizational goals in coordination with all stakeholders
o Brought all the stakeholders on same page by organizing Goal Alignment Workshop with all key stakeholders of cross functional team.
o Achieved business results by using contemporary tools. Developed KPIs and Balance Scorecards to measure overall organizational performance.
o Special focus given to develop Soft skills among the team e.g. listening skill, team work, adaptability, communication and time management.
o Best utilization of available resources was ensured by developing strategic skills distributions plan and creating synergies among the 3 business units under Entaj Al Ghad Co Ltd

o Annual organizational budget / CAPEX were prepared by considering the limitation, challenges, risk, available resources and future business direction

o Cost reduction projects initiated at all possible processes to reduce overall manufacturing cost e.g. raw and packaging materials cost, utility cost per unit, labor cost, factory overhead etc.

o Selected as a Project leader for a challenging project, “Start up a new factory” were delivered successfully on time and within the budgeted numbers in coordination with Dubai and KSA functional heads

o Initiated continuous improvement culture and developed medium to long term goal, with extensive trainings delivered about Change Management, 5S, Problem solving tools, KPIs, etc.

Startup of new Factory (Greenfield Project):
o Worked with project team starting from construction phase, procurement of industrial manufacturing lines/machines, trainings, commissioning, trials and product approval for new factory.
o Evaluated equipments and manpower requirement by visited many Nestle factories in the AOA zone.
o Coordinated with internal and external engineers to interface multiple machines
o Factory process mapping to built SAP system, helped team to built Master Recipes, bill of material (BOM), lines / labor standard and other key data in SAP system
o Recruitment of full production crew by visiting different countries and prepared master training plan for key production crew before factory start-up
Commercial production
o Managed day to day departmental work so that together as a team can deliver agreed Operational Targets of in terms of Quality, Cost, Customer satisfaction, Safety and Hygiene.
o Involved in high level decisions for procurement of new lines considering TPM and SMED compliant, its design and production capacity, hiring of new crew, review of new line standards to ensure achievement of long term organizational targets.
o Leading member to develop Factory's Operational Master Plan (OMP), identification of potential projects to support OMP, identification of KPIs and develop Dashboard to track performance.
o Close coordination with corporate MPS planner to develop efficient production plan and managed to have effective utilization of equipments and manpower.
o Yearly review of Line and labor standards and other key data to optimize complete operation
o Key member of factory Audit Team to ensure compliance in different departments as per their guidelines/SOPs
o Developed and drove continuous improvement culture. Prepared, trained and empowered the team to utilize different problem solving skills such as DMAIC, fish bone analysis, root cause analysis e.t.c. to resolve day-to-day issues, sustain safety, quality and efficiency standards and engaged logistics, QA and maintenance department together with production team
o Planned, trained and initiated Autonomous and Preventive maintenance pillars under the umbrella of Lean/TPM implementation, empowered supervisors and key operators at shop-floor to ensure to optimize efficiency and operational ownership.
o Leading member of HACCP team to do complete HACCP study of full production lines with the help of Quality Assurance and Engineering team.
o Preparation of visual Standard Operating Procedures (v SOP)
o Initiated safety and efficiency projects to achieve organizational annual objectives with the help of HSE, Quality, Logistics and Engineering team.
o Lead the implementation of SAP project - Complete solution of Production, Quality assurance, Application group and Industrial performance department in 13 regional countries including factories, warehouses and distribution centers
o Complete Process mapping of all regional factories with the help of multi-functional team members
o Identify, discuss and develop customized solutions for production, QA, product development and industrial performance departments for all regional factories
o Developed and trained factories (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Iran and Syria) super-users and end-users team to ensure successful implementation at all level
