Lead in all product development activities, such as formula, packaging and process development and initial launch of new products.
• Design and execute formula and process development trials and stability tests in the plant

• Develop Quality Assurance and Microbiological testing program for the analysis of finished products, packaging, raw materials and work in process in the facility

• Manage the work activities of the Quality Assurance and Microbiological laboratories and ensure that qualified personnel and approved laboratory testing methods are used for the analysis of finished products, packaging materials, work in process and raw materials.

·1.Developed and implemented microbiological sampling and testing program for water, raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), environmental samples & finished products .
2. Performed testing according to corporate methods and policy and good microbiological practices.
3.In partnership with manufacturing & engineering, developed and implemented plant floor micro programs based on the C & S Guidelines, Control Point Monitoring and Micro Susceptibility Index (MSI) .
