• Prepares daily tasks for the technicians and manufacturing staff.
• Conducts staff training and evaluation
• Responsible for project development, process improvement analysis, machine and manpower monitoring, and assembly qualification of electronic component mainly ceramic communication filters.
• Responsible for the generation of manufacturing specifications. Direct communication with international clients regarding the overall progress of the product. Active participation in company’s continuous improvement program.
