1. Commissioning and Start-up Phase:
• Safely lead the team of Project Engineers; Shift supervisor; operators on Mechanical Completion (MC) Walk down inspection, creating punch item as at when necessary.
• Prepares and provide guidance to the staff in drafting of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); Safe Work Operating Procedure (SWOP) and Work Instruction (WI).
• Conducts Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) along with the team.
• Extensively involve in machine commissioning along with the vendors and SME safely
2. Operation Phase: Safely provides operational expertise for HDPE Pipe Production Plant and oversee overall production operation and provides hands on support in the line often times:
• Conducts Safety toolbox meeting daily;
• Ensure materials availability in Silos through bag breaking process safely;
• Ensure tooling change are done safely and timely as well as repair when necessary;
• Ensure Product Quality meets and exceeds customer expectation safely through Local and International Standards;

• Acts as Plant Manager in his absence and provides assistance to the DRIP Irrigation Plant.
Oversees production operation (rigid and flexible packaging products) from raw materials to
processing and delivery. Oversee engineering and maintenance, tool room and project management,
working on 24/6 operation with 525workers. Responsible to P & L of the unit, ensures plant safety
implementation. Oversee administrative functions. Provides Hands On support in the line often times.
Principal Accountabilities:

•Ensure materials availability in store through coordination at Central WH with the logistics team;
•Ensures production planning are done according to priorities;
•Ensure tooling change are done safely and timely as well as repair when necessary;

•Ensure maintenance task done safely and timely;
•Ensure availability of Diesel fuel for power generators in close coordination with procurement and vendor;
•Ensure Products are stored safely and orderly;

•Promotes continuous improvement to increase productivity and continually reduces the risk of accidents and injuries;
•Extensively involved in new product development and new tooling acquisition;
•Extensively involved in new Plant expansion and Vendor coordination;
•Attend Top Management meeting;
•Review production reports daily and take action as necessary;
•Ensure reprocessing of off specs products are done safely and timely.

Managed and oversees the Production, Engineering and Maintenance, Tool room, Production
Planning and Control and Stores management, Product development, Steering committee for Safety
and Fire Prevention program. Provides Hands on expertise in the shop floor. Management
Representative (MR) for ISO9001:2000
Principal Accountabilities:
•Attend and conducts review meeting daily and presides in the absence of Operation Manager;
•Ensure materials availability in close coordination with the procurement and logistics team;
•Ensures production planning are done according to priorities;
•Ensure tooling change are done safely and timely as well as repair when necessary;
•Ensure Product Quality meets and exceeds customer expectation safely;
•Ensure coordination of maintenance task done safely and timely;
•Ensure Products are stored safely and orderly;

Responsibility: Managed all production activities for both Agbara and Delta Plant, Administration, Logistics,
Quality assurance, Budgeting, P & L, Engineering and Maintenance, Tool room and Product
development. Oversees, regrinding activities for customer old crates for production regeneration.
Member Safety committee and Risk Management team and provide extensive Hands on in the shop floor.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Conducts Production review daily and take action as necessary;
• Ensure materials availability in store, in close coordination with procurement and logistics team;
• Ensures production planning are done according to priorities;
• Ensure tooling change are done safely and timely as well as repair when necessary;
• Ensure Product Quality meets and exceeds customer expectation safely;
• Ensure coordination of maintenance task done safely and timely;
• Ensure Products are stored safely and orderly;
• Promotes team works, and train others to operate in a safe, incident free and reliable manner;

• Review P & L monthly, analyze variances & take corrective actions, to align with the agreed budget.
• Ensure reprocessing of off-specs products are done safely and timely;
• Propose annual budget plan and secure approval, in terms of production, profitability & other KPI’s, so as to contribute the agreed profits to the group, implement when approved;
• Ensure implementation and completion of the agreed projects-CAPEX Safely;
• Ensure proper operation of Finance and HR departments and secure the compliance with the local legislation.
