•Manage and maintain Costumer Service Contact Center System Facilities.
•Manage the Control Center Help Desk 24x7 shift operations.
•Establish good relation and co-operation with internal and external group for the smooth operation of all ITS and IT Systems.
•Assist Technical Working Group in the procurement of IT products and equipment.
ITS Project for Tolling (Electronic Toll Collection) System
Supervise and assist in performing the maintenance of ITS - Electronic Toll Collection System hardware, software and other related equipment.
•Supervise and assist in Control Center Help Desk 24x7 shift operations.
•Technical support to Customer Service Contact Center equipment and facilities.
•Prepare site acceptance test and commissioning of Electronic Toll Collection System and other IT projects.
Pioneers the maintenance of the first Electronic Toll Collection System in the Philippines developed by TransCore USA using RFID, Smart card, Automatic Vehicle Classifier, Loop sensor, Axle counter, Height detector, IR sensors and Automatic gate barriers.
