Responsibility
• Provide a healthy challenge to the management team in their execution of QHSE policy along
with advice, direction and challenge to ensure the best possible QHSE performance across the
business.
• Drive a continuous improvement mentality in all areas of QHSE ensuring that QHSE policies and
processes are up to date and reflect current industry best practice.
•Monitor QHSE performance and, in conjunction with senior team members, make
recommendations for areas of improvement.
•Identify key Quality, Safety risk in Operation & propose implementation of mitigation measures to
reduce risks to acceptable levels.
• Provide and execute the QHSE Plan by a QHSE Program for Projects
• Investigate failure/defect, accidents, injuries, or occupational hazards/illness’ to determine causes
and put in place preventive measures.
• Report and review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections and environmental
tests and defect of product/services
• Develop, plan, conduct or coordinate worker training sessions for areas such as Quality & Safety
law and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
• Interpret safety regulations in construction safety, and communicate accordingly.
• Maintain and build relationships with external organisations such as fire departments, mutual aid
societies, and rescue teams in order to facilitate emergency responses.
• Write and revise QHSE regulations and codes.
• Recommend process and product QHSE features that will reduce employees' exposure to work
hazards.
• Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety & quality equipment in order to identify and correct
potential hazards, bias and to ensure safety regulation compliance and quality requires
• Design, conduct or coordinate worker training courses that cover safety law and regulations,
hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
• Evaluate adequacy and relevance of existing policy, Implement corrective action Quality, health
&safety an Environment violations.
• Proposed and actively participate in the scheduling of safety meetings to review QHSE
performance and policies
• Maintain operational knowledge of quality, safety & environment in OSHSA 18001, ISO 9000,
14000 and other applicable standards and procedures
Improve the quality and safety at Shipping, Logistic, Warehousing, Transportation field

Responsibility :
* Assist in the development and implementation of QHSSE systems in line with international
and company’s policy and procedures.
* Assist in the administration and maintenance of QHSSE systems with particular focus on
work / service instructions, corrective actions, audits and root cause analysis of deficiencies.
* Ensure all employees and elements of the business are in compliance with HSE policies,
procedures and relevant location legislation.
* Develop and implement specific QHSSE project packages to meet client requirements.
Actively develop and promote a proactive QHSSE culture programs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of QHSSE awareness programs, QHSSE
training, QHSSE committee and safety meetings.
* Conduct QHSSE audits and close out findings.
* Facilitate external audits from clients and certifying bodies
* Assist with development of technical and competency based training systems.
* Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to HSE requirements and to assure
that Truba meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions and close out
customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s).
* Assist in the development of QHSSE training packages for Personnel within the district.
* Assist in the development of Product Line Specific QHSSE packages for the district.
* Other duties as directed.
