• Establisheda highly effective cost management and cost control system at the electric water heater manufacturing unit of the FRESH Group. The successful implementation and cost savings at the electric water heater factory led to the system being replicated and standardized across the FRESH Group.
• Provide planning & cost control support including variation reporting and cost monitoring for all projects.
• Prepare monthly reports in coordination with accounts department covering cost savings achieved and current cost of each product.
• Participate in scheduled management reviews with top management on progress & status of ongoing projects against predefined plans & milestones.
• Coordinate with R&D, accounting & sales departments for monitoring, controlling & reducing costs of new models.
• Implement measures to counter sudden rise of cost in any product in coordination with R&D, logistics & sales departments.
• Interact with production & maintenance managers and monitor & control production costs.
• Attend yearly meetings with the company Chairman to review achievement of targets for the past year and establish targets for the next year for all existing & planned new products.
• Oversaw research and development activities involving the electric water heater; focused on optimizing and improving the product.

•Mechanical Engineer
• Supervised & monitored overall implementation of all mechanical works at project sites ensuring compliance with approved drawings, methods, applicable standards, project specifications, contract documents & safety rules.
• Prepared estimates and assigned resources - manpower, materials, equipment, consumables & tools - and monitored optimum utilization during execution of jobs.
• Evaluated alternate construction methodologies and recommended best options to the MEP manager.
• Studied contract documents & applicable standards and interpreted construction drawings ensuring proper execution of jobs.
• Managed mechanical work groups at site and provided required engineering & technical support. Assigned and ensured achievement of daily targets for mechanical works.
