Responsibilities:
Office Automation (Laptop and Computer Accessories)
Assist customer in selecting of products.
Providing knowledge such as demos to the customer for the features and latest product.
Communicate effectively with store personnel or superior regarding task, sales activities, promotions and client sales plan objectives.
Understanding the Consumer Electronics retail environment.
Follows company policies, procedures and position responsibilities.
Answering customer queries regarding warranties, maintenance, benefits and connectivity of the product.
Receiving order, bookings and interacting to the other departments to ensure that the product delivered as promised to the customer.
Updating the shelf tag display.
Responsible for preparing the quotation and invoice.
Dedicate in providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with the store management and associates to effectively meet company and client objectives.
Responsible for making a sales report of the product.
