• Coordination of activities, e.g., collaborating with physicians, other departments, consulting with other nurses. Facilitates Ambulance Transfer and external transfers.
• Awareness of legal aspects of nursing and applies this knowledge when making staff assignments.

patients presenting to the MNH-ER and accurate triage assessment of all direct admission
patients who pass through ER department.
