Member of the senior management team and director of IT department. Responsible of overall IT strategy creation and implementation of a very sophisticated operations and IT systems. Currently managing the implementation of SAP ERP solution; mapping, evaluating and re-engeneering of current business processes, comparing standard SAP processes with current ones and identifying the gaps and migration of business data.
I am also responsible of the creation of procurement policy and make sure it is effective and being used.
I am also responsible of evaluating job descriptions and grading of jobs using JEGS system.
Managed the installation of hardware and software solutions and design of infrastructure to large enterprises in Amman. Negotiated and managed support contracts to maintain the business continuity at a high level of performance and to keep down time to minimal.
