• monitor and maintain local Network( LAN) and e-mail system including creating and modifying accounts.
• Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating mail groups, .. etc.
• administer and maintain disk storage backups.
• ensure that printers, scanners, print servers, and photocopiers are
properly configured and are available via the network.
• assist in the evaluation and follow-up of the needs for new hardware.
• -Troubleshoot network issues such as ADSL broadband issues, IP
addressing, VLAN problems, routing …etc
• Manage Kaspersky Antivirus Servers and Installation Kaspersky Antivirus for End Users.
• Setting up of new laptops/PCs or other existing hardware when
required for head ofice and branches.
• Supporting all users for all banking system with a team work to solve their problems .
