The project is composed of :-
A - BROILER SECTOR B- HATCHERY SECTOR C - SLAUGHTERHOUSE SECTOR
D - SERVICE BUILDINGS & UTILITIES.
Duties :
1- Responsible of All Sectors in the project structures and
infrastructures .
2- Follow Our Shop Drawings and Arrange with Consultant to
approve it.
3- Arrange with Equipment Supplier in Germany to arrange
supplying it as my Schedule.
4- Acting as the main leader of the construction team.
5- Manage All site Engineer whose supervision to ensure
that all works are done as per The approved drawings
and contract specifications
6- Planning, Managing, and monitoring progress during Each
phase of the project in order to achieve the target
milestones as per project time schedule considering site
conditions.
7- Attending meetings with our construction
departments, consultants, and sub- contractors.
8- Preparing weekly reports regarding progress of projects and
all other issues of work.
9- Check the Statements and Follow the Procedure for the
consultant to take approval for it.
10- Coordination with QA/QC and other construction
departments (Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC).
