 Enter projects and commercial data by direct entry or by using software to facilitate entry (uploading). Such data may include, but is not limited to; reports, drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules of prices, invoices, schedules and other documents relevant to the project.

 Review all data entered and cross check with hard copies to ensure high level of accuracy. Strictly follow procedures to ensure consistency.

 Check all data entered has been duly authorized by appropriate authorities.

 Liaise with Document Control manager to ensure methodologies of assigning document numbers, collecting, processing, filing and uploading documents and associated hard copies is adhered to and conforms to standards listed in the KEC Management Systems Manual.

 Work with Document Control manager to reconcile and report discrepancies /irregularities /inconsistencies in data collection e.g. construction drawings, specifications, missing invoices, signed contracts, mismatches between Interim Payment certificates and invoice submissions.

 Work closely with Contracts controller to provide payment certificates and invoices as and when required for processing.
 Any other duties assigned by Document Control manager.
