2. KFCQ ERP System in Al-Medina al Monawara.
3. Al-Dhahran School ERP System in Al Khoper.
4. Kingdom School ERP System in Riyadh
5. Receptionist ERP System for King Abdul-Aziz Air base medical center in A-Khoper.
Responsibility and Tasks:
My responsibility is divided into two rolls one as quality engineer and the second as the quality team lead.
As quality engineer:
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Reviewing the SRS document to gain the needed info that will be involved in building the Test Cases and execution of these test cases (document testing).
- Reviewing the Design document to gain the needed info that will be involved in updating and maintaining the test cases (document testing).
- Maintaining the traceability matrix.
- Building and maintaining the test cases depending on the SRS & Design documents. (Test Case completeness)
- Maintenance of QA documentation
- Performing different types of testing such as Smoke testing, Black-box testing, grey-box testing, stress testing, System testing, Interface testing and Regression testing each in its right time.
- Reporting and tracing all discovered bugs using the bug tracker tool.
- Conducting the user acceptance testing on user side.
As quality lead:
- Develop and manage the Quality Plan.
- Resource and time planning
- Manage timelines and resource estimates as required
- Making sure the completeness of resources tasks and the correctness of the bugs reported to me.
- Participate in the UAT session.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Process and optimize it to meet our organizational way of work.
- Creating process documents/guidelines and reports related to Quality.
Worked at SSSProcess in Jordan as Quality Control Engineer, it was a short work time on the following project:
1. Saudi credit and savings Bank
Worked at STS Company in Jordan as Quality Control Engineer, Achieved part of the following projects:
1. Alinma bank website including the different services that contains.
2. SSC (social solidarity) portal and services.
3. Orange.jo portal.
Responsibility and Tasks:
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of deliverables (Documents & Application).
- Designing, executing and supporting all testing activities.
- Testing skills in executing different types of tests such as System Testing, Gray-Box Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Documenting skills through producing test documentation during projects.
- Using Microsoft Team Foundation Service (TFS) for change management.
