Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations including security and integrity of IT systems, implementing, and maintaining software and hardware solutions, and providing technical support to staff.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, network devices, operating systems, and applications.

• Perform monthly backup copies of email data from executive devices and supervise copying operations to ensure data backup and system security.
• Manage ERP System accessibility and permission to ensure the efficient and secure access to ERP platforms, while rigorously maintaining adherence to organizational protocols and compliance standards.
