troubleshooting according to the Manual the RTG, RTD, Pressure Transmitter, DAU, FCU,
FBM, Tank Master PC software .
• Well-aware to the Electrical ROTORK Valve Parts from valve body to actuator parts as the
starter, Motor, switch mechanism.
• Monitor Gas Compressor, Gas Boiler, Pneumatic Valves through Schneider PLC.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting the Relay Control System.
• Good dealing with pneumatic valves FIC Flow Indicator Controller through working to
preparing the FIC with signals that is coming from the CR through the Transducer which is
convert the 4 - 20 mA to 3-15 psi that is used to open & close the pneumatic Diphragm
actuator for 4 holes and connecting the provided air to the positioner that send the air to the
Diaphragm in addition providing the positioner by the air Regulator .
• Changing the holed Diaphragm, making calibration to the pneumatic actuator through the
Transducer, zero, span, Travel . also changing air gauges, air steel pipes .
• Installing & maintenance Transducer through providing 20 votls, 20 psi air supply, be sure
that the 4- 20 mA is exist . And be sure that the Transducer convert from the 4 - 20 mA to 3-
15 psi to the pneumatic actuator valve.
• Well-aware to the electo-pneumatic valves SOV shut open valve which is used to exit the
vessel sump to the Pit through the Low Level signal, SOV is connected to the 110 VDC
solenoid to open the pneumatic piston valve, also the SOV have a air compressed cylinder
used to close the SOV if the solenoid is off because the Low level signals from the Vessel.
• Working on the RTD HMI Monitor to read, analyzing the measured data.
• Installing & maintenance Level Switches, Temperature Sensors ( RTD ), Pressure Switches
, Pressure Transmitter, Vibration Sensors .
• Good experience in installing, configuring the Level Switches to the Oil Vessels.
• Working to maintaining the Boiler Pilot.
