 Track and manage IT support requests through a ticketing systems. Strong experience with ITIL/ITSM, Ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
 Installation, Configuration and Maintaining the Internet Proxy Server and E-Mail Server of the company.
 Create and maintain and update technical documentations and user guides.
 Provide comprehensive IT support for end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networking and cloud services.
 Provide support for stand-alone and LAN PC users, including upgrades, installation, implementing and managing VLANs, subnets, IP addressing. And troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
 Solid understanding and working experience of IT Service Management concepts such as SLA, service requests, support requests, and Change Management.

 Carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration, and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.
 Installing telecommunication equipment, routers, switches, PABX systems, cable trays, networking, and data cabling. Establishes voice and data networks by running, cable pulling, terminating, and cable splicing.
 Installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of Lighting Control System, IP CCTV system, Access control, and associated equipment.

Installing new hardware (Cisco switches, printers, and computer workstations) and troubleshooting the network (LAN and Wi-Fi). Understand network cabling standards and connection types, and able to connect and label the new patch cords inside the cabinet.
 Fiber cable splicing, Wi-Fi/data point termination, labeling the points, and pulling the UTP cables from IT rack to rack.
 Troubleshooting network connectivity for property systems and maintaining network wire management. Installing, configuring, and updating network software, as well as maintaining hardware and network devices.
 Upgraded some L2 switches (TP link, D-Link, and Linksys) from the Cisco 3850 switch and Cisco router. Monitor networks, and maintain routers, switches and firewalls.
 Configure and build a manageable L3 network environment on our premises, as it was an L2 and unmanageable network environment.
 Fixing network faults on a daily basis, and day to day administration and monitoring of network use, and use enhancing intranet performance, and creating internet domains.
 Monitoring network performance and proactively identify, and testing network protocols and ensuring stable and secure server connectivity.
 Having good experience in IT for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, WI-FI, security knowledge, and firewall basic configuration.
 Experience in Layer-2 protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, Ether-channel, etc.) and experience of structural cabling, Cable management, and collaboration.
