Working & collaboration with GFD for eradication of TB and providing effective health solutions by setting up pathological LABS as an active member of CHS team have been responsible for supporting the IT infructure (LAN and WAN) for more than 60 remote sites.
Reporting directly to the Manager and to coordinate closely with IT team members. Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving queries to the user’s satisfaction.
Duties:
• Management Official E-Mail (Creation & Deactivation)
• Implementation of Access control & Effective Bandwidth Management
• Help Desk Support (Head Office and 60+ Remote Sites)
• Vendor Management and Coordination
• Technical Support (Head Office plus Remote sites)
• Support in IT Asset Management & Deployment
• Supporting roll out of MIS and LMS (Software installation)
• General coordination with CHS centers
• R&D testing and Deployed Solutions
* Installing Server, Client Windows & Softwares also.
* Installing Mac Os Apps.
* Installing Printer & Also Magane it.
* Download & Installed User’s Needy Softwares.
* Install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance of personal computer by providing technical support.
* Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and determine network problems.
* Determine and research user questions and isolate and resolve information systems problems.
* Connect users to networks and train on facilities and applications.
* Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.
