Preparation of monthly Management Accounts of all the divisions of the group.
Ensure all posting of Banks, Cash and JVs & the completeness of its entries in the system daily basis.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances weekly basis.
Assists Finance Manager in compiling departmental budgets & provide variance report on monthly basis.
Responsible to report, Finance Manager, cash flow while compiling all receipts/payments on weekly basis.
Responsible to check all TR, DP, DA, CAD and LC payments/collection to supplier/customer from Bank.
Ensure all reconciliations of banks, cash, stocks, inter-company, funds, PIs shipped with sister concerns as well as SOA taken from customers & suppliers for the entire group are done on monthly basis. Ensure all the transactions made are posted accordingly with the budget approved by the entire group
management.
* Provide summary report of sales (cash, credit), payments (vendor, expenses), and receipts of the group on
daily basis.
* Liaoning with the insurance companies related to trade, vehicles and its compliances.
Maintaining Fixed Asset Register for the entire group.
Acting as a Coordinator for all requirements between statutory auditor and company.
* Providing guidance to Sister concerns staff for internal control and managing them.
* Computation of VAT and filling return.
* Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
