Consultant- Health Care & Finance, Middle East & Africa
•Reporting to the Managing Director - Project Delivery in a 360-degree recruitment role.
•Delivered successfully revenue of 800, 000 AED.
•Focusing on Healthcare & cross functional finance projects.
•Got on board 6 exclusive clients over the period of 12 months.
•Built a portfolio of total 10 clients across industries over the period of one year.
•Won a retained project in healthcare industry with one of the leading private healthcare provider in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a project worth 2 million Aed.
•Responsible for dealing with senior and mid-managerial finance vacancies.
•Responsible for dealing with senior healthcare vacancies like medical directors, chief of departments, consultants etc.
•Extensive knowledge in medical licensing procedure like DHA, HAAD, MOH, SCFHS etc.
•Specialised in recruiting in MENA markets.
•On average handled 10 mandates in a quarter.
•Responsible for managing client relationships at all levels.

•Working closely with director projects to assist in developing the search strategy and target list of companies, keeping him in loop on new potential candidates, client’s organizational development, and market Intel that will impact the mandate.
•Training & development of new talent coming in the organization.
•Managing a team of 2 researchers.
•Helping clients to find suitable candidate through different ways; LinkedIn, Headhunting, company mapping, referrals.
•Exhaustively searches both internal and external resources to identify relevant candidates.
•Recruitment of HR/Finance, Supply chain/Logistics, Healthcare and General Management specific roles.
•Making full-qualification calls to candidates who are judged to be eligible.
•Making post-qualification calls for the fully qualified candidates.

•Making pre-qualification calls to candidates who are judged to be eligible.
•Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates.
•Describing the work duties and benefits of a vacancy.
•Screening, testing and assessing candidates.
•Drawing up short lists of suitable candidates.
•Updating the firm’s database with the details of potential candidates, market development, company updates etc.
