• Monitoring market fluctuations and communicating with other traders about potential opportunities or risks.
• Generating buy and sell orders based on trading strategies developed by the broker or bank where they work.
• Monitoring securities prices on computer screens that display real-time information about prices and trading volume.
• Trading stocks and other assets.
• Communicating with clients to provide information about their accounts or to help them make trading decisions.
• Participating in high-level meetings with clients to discuss investment strategies and goals.
• Open Individual or Corporate accounts.
• Guide Customers about rules and requirements to open the account in stock market.
• Fill customers KYS and CRF form with according to the requirements.
• Deal with NCCPL and CDC for account related issues.
• Work as a branch coordinator to deal with branch related issues like maintenance etc.
• Provide guidance to customers.
• Maintain branch accounts on monthly basis.
o Detecting Fraud.
o Monitor different segments of cards transactions. Monitor Net banking
transactions.
o Monitor maintenance activity calls of the entire phone bankers on daily basis.
o Rate calls which helps the agent to meet their targets.
o Take appropriate actions accordingly. If the calls are not properly taken.
o Initiate emails to team Leaders if error occurs of any agent.
o Processing service requests of customer to update details.
o Monitor BISP, Debit card activations and T-pin generation calls entire
portfolio to mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity.
o Save the business from risk and exposure to losses, more specifically against
fraud.
