1. Security: To make sure our reception department knows the people who visit
the company and must fill in specific forms if any item has been taken out
from the firm.
2. Guest Registration: To ensure guests’ data are stored in the system for further
visits. Data includes the guest’s ID card, Name, and number. Also to register
every visit with its specific time, day and the reason of the visit and to whom.
3. Receiving Calls: To handle internal and external calls and deal with them
efficiently as well as redirect calls to the required destination.
4. Applications for employment: To receive CV’s and handle the requirements
for of employment.
5. Inquiries: To receive inquiries and redirect to the required department.
Occasionally, the reception department will handle the consumer inquiry
and provide the need the consumer is looking for.
6. Chairman Visitors: To make sure visitors for the Chairman are taken care of
and hosted very generously in the VIP room.
