main duties of the registrar at HBCC include the following:
1- The use of E-register software for registration and admission.
2- enrolment of students.
3- class roosters for regular class in each semester.
4- safe custody of student records.
5- maintenance of students dossiers.
6- issue of the official transcript to students
7- coordination with faculty and students
8- other related matter.
