Responsibilities:
•Keeping financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized book-keeping systems
•Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
•Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
•Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents
•Dealing with customers for instalments and final payments by calling and sending reminder emails.
•Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
•Quarterly Audit

Responsible for collecting new bank guarantees (Advance & Performance) from suppliers & banks.
•Responsible for monthly extension and release of bank guarantees after taking confirmation from project managers & senior management.
•Responsible for Letter of Credit (LC) opening to closing process.
•Handle monthly LC extension and release process by coordinating with project managers

Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries.
•Complete general ledger operations
•Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
•Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
•Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
•Assist with payroll administration
•Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
•Account/Bank reconciliations
•Review and process expense reports
•Assist with preparation and coordination of the internal audit process
•Support the month end close process
•Audit, process and pay vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner
•Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and bill customers
•Resolve AP problems with vendors.
•Collect, categorize, calculate, verify and enter data to maintain accurate records
