Around 16 years of diversified experience in the field of Electrical includes
•Project Management, Value Engineering, Design and Execution of MEP works in Residential & Commercial Buildings, Metro rail projects with added experience of around 7 years in Airport Infrastructure and Terminal Buildings
•Design, Development, Detail, Review of Shop drawings and Execution of complete electrical system from mainstream to downstream including Transformers, LV panels, Bus ducts, Cabling, Lighting, Power, Earthing and Lightning protection with appropriate containment works
•Phenomenal knowledge on the design, review and execution of ELV systems such as CBS, FDAS, PA system, Structured cabling and BMS
• Lead a team of Engineers and Draftsmen for the preparation of complete Electrical detailed drawings for Utility buildings and infrastructure and Piers lighting in Development of Muscat International Airport (DMIA) - Main Contract (MC 1 & 3 )
• Discussion with Architect, Consultant and finalization of the Vendors for the design development and further progress of the Project
• Preparation, submission and getting approval of relevant O&M manuals
Nature of work
•Total Electrical In-charge and Team Leader for the preparation of design, detail, documents, drawings and further supervision and execution for the projects involved
•Accountable for getting approval from Authorities include DEWA, JAFZA etc by submitting relevant drawings, details, calculations and documents
Projects Handled
• Taj Grandeur Residences (B+G+5 floors with 217 apartments) and Villas, Taj Exotica Beach Resort and Spa (B+G+M+7 floors) and Villas in Crescent, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
•The Gateway Towers Car Park Podium (B+G+13 floors) at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
Accomplishment
•Received DEWA approval in the first attempt of submission of load schedules and shop drawings for Taj Grandeur Residences project
•Involved as a key person in the inspection of Transformer room, RMU room and LV room by DEWA officials in The Gateway Towers car park podium project
Nature of work
•Reviewed drawings received from the Architect and released the GTG drawings to the contractors for execution and further supervised quality of the works
•Value Engineering exercise for all the Electrical and ELV Services handled
•Finalisation of Contractors on the basis of their techno-commercial establishment
•Liasoned with the Local Authorities for getting statutory design approvals
•Completion and handing over of the projects on time with set of documentation
Accomplishment
•Involved in the completion of the project TECHNOPOLIS, an IT Park of 3.55 lakhs sqft. (G+9 floors) in Cochin’s Special Economic Zone (SEZ)

•Testing and Purification of Transformer oil directly at Sites
•Testing of Relays, Circuit Breakers with preparation of relevant test reports
