Analysis phase meetings.
Define the Functional scope of project.
Participated client meetings to gather business requirements for mid to large size Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects.
Facilitates discussions with business stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed.
Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client teams.
Work with team members and independently to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This work would include: basic D365 Business Central configuration, workflows, etc.
Provides guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
Complete project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation.
Create positive organization impact by collaboration and teamwork.
Establish trustworthy, productive relationships with Users and Management.
Assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
Perform end user training for clients and Provides application support for clients.
Delivering Projects on specified Go Live dates and helping to resolve any hiccups that might occur.
