 Fully responsible for the entire operation of the Company specially Finance along with Maintenance, Engineering, Fire, Safety, Marketing and Security Division and over 50 staff under my supervisions including Seven Senior Managers .
 Overall responsibility in preparation of Financial Statements on monthly and annually.
 Preparing Annual Budget with the coordination with divisional Heads
 Providing Management information for decision makers on time.
 Analysis of Financial Reports with budgeted figures to identify the variances.
 Coordinate with the subordinate staff and providing guidance to staff on the performance of their duties, and review of their work.
 Liaison with Internal & External Auditors, Banks, Tax Authorities and other Statutory Bodies
 Tax Planning with Board of Directors
 Carry out financial evaluation on new development projects and new capital Investments
 Responsibility to ensure the proper Internal Control and has vast exposure in designing and implementation of internal controls.
 Review of Company Insurance Policies and many more, .
 Assess Staff performance regularly and guide them for HR development as and when necessary.
 Perform Company’s marketing plan with direction of Board of Directors
 Have experience in dealing with Lawyers and Company Secretaries with regard to preparation of Legal documents, Board Resolution etc, .
