Primary Roles:
Conduct site survey and present recommendation for suitable IT infrastructure; Set-up and deploy approved IT Infrastructure in FMN subsidiary offices and Route to Market (CSC -Enugu, CSC -Akure, CSC -Lokoja, CSC - Calaba, CSC -Abuja and Golden Pasta - Agbara a greenfield site);

Maintain user complaint log and seeking new ways to improve user incident report resolution.
Primary Roles:
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Workflow Server Administrator; Manage Axapta 2009 Workflow server environment; Create Departmental workflow configurations; Perform periodic workflow maintenance;Configure workflow process for project transaction; Track/resolve PPO/SRV process error; Maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Application servers and workflow server down-time log.

Supervise upgrade and server maintenance activity;
Generate ticket and create bulk time and special user groups on billing software;
V-Sat support supervision and subscription payment management.
