* Monitoring and managing all the sales activities in Aquarius S.A.L., monitoring the performance of sales daily works as well as assisting the sales force in securing offers;
* Providing technical consultations for water & wastewater treatment for local and overseas projects;
* Preparing, submitting, and following‐up offers (in some cases);
* Monitoring and managing the collaboration of department staff with the design department for the finalization of designs;
* Leading evaluation exercises during and after project completion to ensure projects implementation are in line with the agreed design and work plan;
* Coordinating with clients and consultants regarding in hand and potential projects;
* Managing the preparation of the needed technical specs, including but not limited to drafting BOQs, specs, drawings, narrative briefs and pricing, in line with the project requirements;
* Monitoring and managing the coordination between the technical‐commercial team and the purchase department for the actual purchases;
* Taking charge in the department of some of the HR officer’s responsibilities, such as recruitment and development training, coaching and training new sales engineers;
* Initiating and setting capacity building plans for technical staff under my supervision to ensure
strengthening their knowledge and staying up to date on all of the latest technologies, best practices and findings in the sector;
* Organizing and leading strategic workshops for the staff to brainstorm, evaluate and set SMART objectives for the department, in line with the recorded lessons learned and good practices;
* Adhering to and enforcing the implementation of QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and monitoring the application of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and processes related to the sales department;
* Attending trainings and exhibitions to broaden knowledge in pools, water and wastewater fields;
* Submitting monthly reports to the general manager to update on implementation progress, bottlenecks, project statuses, evaluation and proposed technical solutions. Managing and organizing my team in full agreement with the general manager’s directives;
* Establishing statistics on sales and prospecting data for sales analysis and improvement.

* Monitoring and managing all the maintenance activities in Aquarius S.A.L;
* Providing technical consultation for water & wastewater treatment for local and overseas projects;
* Preparing all yearly maintenance contracts (around 600) related to the existing clients of Aquarius S.A.L;
* Monitoring and managing the procedures of ordering the necessary spare parts and chemicals needed for the proper maintenance of the different plants;
* Monitoring and managing the coordination between the maintenance engineers and technicians team;
* Taking charge in the department of some of the HR officer’s responsibilities, such as recruitment and development training, coaching and training new maintenance engineers;

Maintaining the equipment of the pumping stations, fountains, swimming pools, water, domestic and industrial wastewater treatment for the existing projects at Aquarius S.A.L;
* Supervising of all technician works related to daily maintenance jobs;
* Preparing the schedule related to the regular maintenance visits of the different treatment plants.

* Conception, design and installation of electrical and electronic projects related to home automation and outdoor advertising LED screens (On My Own).
