of USEK campuses (Chekka, Zahlé and Rmeich), the faculties and office members

Conducting campus guide tours for parents and students;

Secured and signed several governmental contracting projects.
Built strong relationships with Multi-national companies that were capable to execute the awarded projects in South of Sudan.
Identified and commissioned the suitable International contractors to sub-contract those projects.
Elaborated Business contracts related to the execution of those projects with their Performance Bond, Bank guarantee, etc.
Developed the bank’s retail products from the beginning as the bank was not retail oriented.
Designed and implemented the Retail Banking Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Mentored and monitored the lending units and granted approvals on retail loans
Collaborated in all marketing campaigns for the newly launched Retail products from forums, exhibitions, brochures and ads.
Formulated the retail conditions, interest rates applied for all the retail loans as per BDL regulations.
Prepared financial reports and assessments for the bank's branches.
Prepared the quarterly Newsletter results
Prepared the yearly loan portfolio for each product per branch
