Take online/telephone appointments with different consulates.
Match visa request with XO and authorize preparation of formal letters to embassies.
Prepare and process visa requests for clients (including embassies letters upon authorization from complaints).
Submission of applications and collection of Documents to/from the consulate
Following up with consulates for timely processing of visa
Coordinate with branch managers and employee branches on the time to present and collect client files for visa.
Coordinate with the cashiers the funds needed to cover visa fees
Keep & present a copy of net price paid for the visa as proof to the accounting department along with the XO
Plan and schedule the daily work of the office boys based on the direction and area, nature of tasks.
Receive request from other departments and coordinate the time to execute it and follow up with the office boys on the status of the delivery
Make sure that collections from clients are made on the same day or the next one at the latest.
Prepare and update the office boy schedule sheet on daily basis to be able to recognize what were done.
Take office supplies request from the staff for stationary needed.
Take the approval of the administrative manager for the supplies requested and then distribute them to the requesters.
Always keep an update record of the given and available stock
