Hardware & Networking

- Maintaining and administering the office IT infrastructure and related Hardware, Networking and software configurations

- Troubleshooting and installation of computers, operating system, Software Applications including IP Telephones, copiers and printers

- Responsible for office Network administration such as Network Servers, Domain, Active directories etc..

-Manage inventory of IT assets including computers, and software licenses.

- Scheduling automatic and manual data backup plans and execute them as per the timeline

- Providing technical support to end users related to daily operations and other technical issues

- Working closely with higher management and other departments to implement successful IT plan

Email and website Management

- complete Email management with Outlook configurations and trouble shooting

- website maintenance including regular content updates and web hosting services

ERP Software

- Administrating company ERP Logistics software and ensure smooth running of it for creating daily operational jobs. Continuous follow up on the issues faced by users and resolving them with support tickets and also training staff on new enhanced features

- Study the new requirements/changes in the software and escalate them to service provider for implementation

Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designing

- Responsible for creating innovative graphics and video content for marketing and advertising on company Social media platforms also promote them using latest technology tools

- Creating Graphic designs for the company as per the requirement

Logistics & Freight Forwarding

- Professional experience in the operations of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, customs clearance, Import & Export shipping procedures and overseas Agent communication

- Creating and organizing logistics database and digitalize the physical job files

- preparing monthly operational reports for the management

- Perform other duties as instructed, which would contribute to effective
Logistics operations

- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance

- Looking over company website and configuring email accounts for the users

- Responsible for designing and implementation of company network infrastructure

- Installing and troubleshooting of Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP

- Creating, Deleting and modifying users and groups in the domain

- Monitoring internet connectivity and ensure minimal downtime by coordinating with internet service provider

- Administrating ERP Logistics software used by company and ensure smooth running by Continuously following up on the issues faced by users and resolving them. also training the staff on new enhanced features.
