Job responsibilities include interaction with Sales team to understand the future Sales demand and aligning of the available production resources and raw materials as per the demand. It also includes production planning and Control (PPC), Logistics management (inward as well outward movement), Order Management and Team Management. Handling a team of 7 professionals and preparing the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). Preparing annual and monthly targets for Inventory and Customer Serviceability targets and preparing the daily, weekly and monthly MIS report of the same for the management.
Job responsibilities include SCM (Supply Chain Management) Implementation which includes planning and procurement of raw material, engineering goods and finished goods. New Supplier identifications for continuous cost reduction and quality improvement, Production Planning and Control (PPC), Logistics management (inward as well outward movement), Order Management, Team Management and new projects implementations. Handling a team of 10 professionals and preparing the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) in the beginning of financial year and monitoring the same on regular basis. Preparing annual and monthly targets for Inventory and Purchase department (like cost reduction and Supplier competence matrix) and Customer Serviceability targets and preparing the monthly MIS report of the same for the management on monthly basis.
Job responsibilities include SCM (Supply Chain Management) Implementation, Quality Systems Establishment and monitoring, New Developments and Mentoring Business Transformation Projects.
Responsible for the sourcing of Electrical and Electronic Raw Materials such as Transformers, Loudspeakers, Color Picture tubes, PCB etc. for the Color Television and Monitor Production line.
Ensuring timely deliveries of raw material on production line and to maintain Zero Idle time in production.
Regular Cost reduction in raw materials by Value Re- Engineering methods.
Completed B.Tech degree in Electronics and communications with Distinction and secured second position in whole university in the department of Electronics and Electronics and COmmunications
