•Reviewing the production reports with the Production Supervisors on daily basis about the performance of production & other key issues related to production.
•Monitoring & Controlling of Material Variance.
•To ensure the quality & hygiene of the factory are maintained as per the standards.
•To monitor performance of various machines, take stock at various intervals and take appropriate actions either renew or repair the machines so that they are available in good conditions for effective functioning.
•To ensure periodic health check-up of employees carried out and certificate related to health is obtained as per statutory requirement.
•To ensure the safety of the plant in coordination with Safety Officer. To ensure the all safety related records checked periodically and correct the observation if any.
•To arrive the promotion plan for the workmen and reporting staff.

●Running any kind of variety genuine in shift.(Short dough, hard dough, fermented dough, cream biscuits with two lines balanced with packing machines)
